About Intra Workout

Getting into shape is so much more than just hitting the gym and hoping for the best. When it comes to getting the most out of your performance, you need to really shift gears and focus on how you are approaching your supplement routine. Most people don't realize it, but giving yourself the proper supplements can be key to finding your way to a better body. Today we are going to talk about pre-workout, intra workout, and post workout supplies. If none of this makes sense to you, don't worry, we'll clear things up.

The Intra Workout

So, when you are at the gym working out it is completely normal to start growing tired before your routine is done. You are hustling, breaking down your muscles, and sweating. Why wouldn't you grow tired? An intra workout supplement is something you can take while you are lifting weights or exercising in order to keep your body going, even when times get tough. Many great intra workouts will contain BCAAs, amino acids, and caffeine. Every bit of energy can help!

Next we are going to talk about the pre workout supplement. Pre workout is what you take before you even step foot in the gym. Your pre workout supplement should contain caffeine, BCAA, amino acids, and other chemicals that help open up your blood flow and lead to a real pump. Pre workout supplements tend to lean heavily on caffeine, and if you aren't used to it you will need to be careful. Take your pre workout about 20 minutes before heading into the gym so that you can perfectly time your pump with your caffeine hitting its mark. Try to rotate in and out of your pre workout so that your body doesn't get used to leaning on the chemical too much.
